The UAC-P2 capper is an inline capper capable of applying and pressing caps as small as 15 mm all the way up to 70 mm, with a highest possible speed of 250 cpm.
Built on an all welded base, it can be easily be incorporated into any line of production provided the space for operation. It is designed to easily integrate into production lines having grippers and height and is compatible with conveyor systems with a 4.5″ wide table top chain.
Other than the base, brackets, and sprockets, other parts of the P2 are built with FDA approved coated aluminum and stainless steel.
Cap application is done by a standard chute end assembly with pressing accomplished by an adjustable height and speed belt presser assembly.
